Registration

Dira Sengwe Conferences is the sole provider organizing the SA AIDS Conferences which are managed by the Foundation for Professional Development (Pty) Ltd. Kindly note you are requested to register an account with FPD prior to creating a booking for the Conference. Registering an account is once off which will allow you to register for future Dira Sengwe and FPD managed Conferences.

Thank you for your interest in the 8th SA AIDS Conference 2017. Kindly note that the pre-registrations closes on 22 May 2017.

If you wish to register after the pre-conference registration closing date, you will have to do so On-site at the conference venue, ICC Durban from 12 June 2017 at the rate of R 6 050.00 Including VAT.
All Government Officials, please provide a copy of your purchase order in order to complete your registration process and gain access to the Conference.

Registration Fees

Early registration fee from 1 July 2016: R 4 560.00 Incl. VAT

Regular registration fee from 7 January 2017: R 5 200.00 Incl. VAT

On-site registration fee from 12 June 2017: R 6 050 incl. VAT.

Media Registration

Step1: Billing Information must be completed in order to submit your application for a Fee Waiver Invoice.
Step 2: Delegate Booking, click on "Add delegate" and choose "Media" under "Delegate Type" and provide the required documentation


Upon successful submission of a Media Application, the applicant should receive an automated email confirmation of his/her application.
